Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Our Website "Spreydon Toastmasters" does not appear in Google when you type in Christchurch Toastmasters. We have added onto our page header "Spreydon Toastmasters (Christchurch)" and added in Christchurch over many parts of the page. Can you please assist us with how to fix this problem as it appears to have not been setup correctly? Thanks for your help

See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/google-ranking for some hints.

I had a quick look at your site, and it looks correctly set up. About the only thing you could do differently would be to add new content regularly, including photos. Once your club charters, you'll have a listing on the TI find-a-club database, and that might make a difference.

Other than that, there's not much that can be done. Exactly how Google decides on rankings and search results isn't entirely known. It also changes from time to time, as a number of internet businesses have found to their cost :( . It's probably a good idea to promote the club in a number of ways and not rely too much on Google.
