Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I have tried to send email to club (newsletter) and if signed in as admin, when I click on emails nothing happens
If signed is as member, when I click on emails, the list opens but when clicking on the current members, again nothing happens
Do I need to upgrade to new version?

do you have an email client setup on your computer or do you use a webmail like yahoo, hotmail, gmail.

if you use webmail you have to copy and paste the email address into your webmail
Thank you,

Everyone uses the same version until I release an update, and then everyone uses the update.

You send email from your webmail (e.g., gmail, yahoo, etc.)/email client software (e.g. outlook or thunderbird), not from the website. Some people can successfully click on an email address from the website and have their webmail/email client launched for them, but not all browsers support this feature consistently, so I usually tell people to try their webmail/email client software first.
