Migrating to FTH4
Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.
If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.
If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Online meeting URL showing only with venue

Hi,
I just noticed that the online meeting URL shows up on the emailed agenda only if a venue is selected. The "Edit Meeting" section has the option of inserting a meeting URL even if no venue is selected (which makes sense for online-only meetings), but doing that results in the URL not showing up at all on the emailed agenda.
A way to work around this issue is to create a dummy venue (e.g. "Zoom meeting") and use it with online meetings, as shown in the attached image. But it would look cleaner if the URL would simply show up on the emailed agenda (as it does on the printed version) without having to select a venue.
Additionally, it would be nice if the meeting format (online/hybrid/in person) could be shown as well both on the emailed agenda and in the "upcoming meetings" tabs at the bottom of the public site. A good place for it would be next to the meeting time, e.g. "18:45 EDT · online".
