Unable to Send Email to FreeToastHost Officer Addresses

Hello,

I’m having trouble sending email to our club’s FreeToastHost officer addresses and mailing list, and I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I use classic Microsoft Outlook for Windows, with email sent through my own zilchworks.com mail server.

When I send an email to:
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

none of our officers receive it.

I have also tried sending directly to individual FreeToastHost officer addresses such as:
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Those messages are not received either.

Email sent directly to the officers’ normal personal email addresses works correctly, so the problem appears to be specifically with messages I send to @toastmastersclubs.org addresses.

Is there something that needs to be configured on my Outlook account or zilchworks.com mail server for FreeToastHost to accept and forward these messages?

For example, are there specific requirements involving SPF, DKIM, DMARC, the From address, SMTP authentication, or an approved/authorized sender address?

Also, does FreeToastHost provide any kind of delivery log or rejection information that would show why messages from my domain are not being forwarded?

Any guidance on what I should check or configure would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Michael Riley
