Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

On new Website club 7775006 one member has no "Sign Up" buttons. She is an officer, dues are paid.

FTH doesn't use a sign-up process. Members must be added by someone with admin access to Membership Management.

Thank you for quick reply. She has been added, she's a member and officer and she can log in. When she clicks on Agenda to sign up for the next meeting, all the information is there but she doesn't have SIGN UP buttons next to the jobs, speaker, timer etc. It's a tech problem but nobody seems to be able to fix it. She is the only member who has this issue.

Have her clear browser cache and use 'click here to reload website from server' at the bottom of the club site.

If that doesn't work, FTH development will need to know her device, operating system and browser to investigate.
