Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

It would be handy when editing a member in membership management to show the profile picture on the page.

Additionally, when viewing the membership list in membership management, it would be handy for the icon before the name to show the image rather than member initials, especially for non-members.
At present, the only way I can find for the admin to view photos of non-members, i.e. guests, prospects, friends, former members, is to move them to the membership list.

You have identified a privacy issue that needs to be corrected.
Members and former members have signed the toastmasters.org membership form. We can collect their information and images. The edit now shows their pictures.

Prospects, Guests,  Friends.Affiliates are not supposed to have profiles, and never pictures, They have not signed the toastmasters.org membership forms.
