Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Is there a a way for the administrator to remove a member from the Meet Our Members list? There's a former member showing up that I would just like to remove if can.

Just delete that line and save. If you do this, though, keep in mind that any role history for them is lost, so if they ever come back to the club, they would be starting over with role history.

Unless I am missing something (always possible) you gave me instructions for how to delete a member from membership management, I want to delete this person from the Meet Our Members page

Is the member defined as a former member? In that case, they should not be appearing in the meet our members page, as that is only for current members.

That did it. I thought I had changed it to former member, but I guess I didn't save it.
