Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Old member changes password to site. Access again?

Hello,
Club 2328, Telespeakers website, www.telespeakers.com , someone without authorization has changed password. I need access to update new members emails to send schedule out to members. Also, I set up Facebook, Twitter, Meet Up links including Eventbrite. Concerned about old members with access. In the meantime, please no authorization to anyone until investigation is over. Also, I like to know how I can get access. If possible, can you tell me who changed the password and gained access without authorization. I am VP of Ed and VP of Public Relations for 2013 - 2014 year. Thanks in advance for your help. We have an Area Governor workshop on Sunday, June 22; thus, I like to get this fixed asap if possible. Thanks

We have no way of knowing who changed a password for the site. We have no control over who can or cannot access the club website as an administrator; that is an internal club problem.

For you to gain access as the administrator, you will need to click on the link provided when you click on Log In As Site Admin. Make sure the contact information for the club is correct at Club Central on the Toastmasters International site.
