Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Trying to create "Guest Speaker" on our membership list to allow ...

Trying to create "Guest Speaker" as a member name to allow us to select "Guest Speaker" on the menu.

When I go to Member Management module of FTH, it shows me:

<center><img src="/images/tm-logo.jpg">
<p><b>You are no longer logged in. Please log in again.</b></p></center>

So, I guess it has logged me out? When I try to enter anything as a member name the system hangs up and never responds.

PLEASE help. I just want some way to add Guest Speaker to our membership list so that we can hold speaking slots for guests.

Thanks -- Mark

Well you need to be logged in as a the admin to be working with membership management. Hopefully, you are not entering your name in the admin login dialog.

I believe I'd logged in correctly. I used our admin logon ID and password.

I took Brian's suggestion about cookies, cache, etc and switched over to an alternate browser. When I did that the Manage Membership screen came up and I was able to edit.

Thanks to both for a timely response.
