Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

FTH pages do not load for a member

Hello
One of our members is having a problem with our FTH site ( 7025.toastmastersclubs.org ). According to him, the pages of our FTH site stopped being loaded in the web browsers on his computer since a week ago or so.

Is there anything that he could/should check on his side?

Get his IP address. It may be being blocked.

Hi,

I'm the member in question. The problem occurs at both my work and home so I don't believe that's the issue.

The exact problem is--I go to the homepage and see that member pages (i.e. agendas) are not clickable because I'm not signed in. Then, I sign in, and the links become clickable. I will click on say "Agendas," but instead of going to the Agendas page it will take me back to the homepage, and I am apparently signed out and the links are not clickable again.

Have any idea of what might be wrong?

Sounds like you are using Internet Explorer please check your security and cookie setting to these settings.
