Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Calendar moving my events from Tuesday to Monday

Hi,
I've just added my meetings (as administrator added events) for every 2nd Tuesday.
However, when I go back into the Club Calendar some of them have moved to Monday!

Our club website is:

This is a known problem since a recent upgrade to the third party calendar used by FreeToastHost. Our developer is working to resolve the issue.

An update has been made to the calendar code.

This update may not correct the calendar times for agendas created after 10/1 (or thereabouts). You can either edit each of those agendas w/ the pencil button (in the dated agendas module) and save them to force the calendar entries to be corrected, or you can wait a bit for me to come up with a bulk update. (It may take me a week or two to come up with the buik update.)
