Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

FTH Emails Not Going Through to outlook

Brian - we have a similar situation between 1188276 and 4182. A member on both sends out a weekly email tip to both “members-“ addresses. 1188276 gets them, 4182 doesn’t. This started around the time 4182 rolled over to FTH4. One thing I noted is that there is always an attachment. As a test I had the member send one to members-4182 without an attachment, and it came through. Is there a hidden filter on email with attachment that I’m missing?

No filters on attachments on our end. However Outlook,com is very fussy.
You will have to be very precise, email addresses from and to
name of attachment, content of attachment
date time
raw headers of the bounce from outlook.com
