Migrating to FTH4
Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.
If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.
If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hi FTH4-Team,
we are usually awarding our most 3 active members every two months (Jan-Feb, March-April, ...). Can we adjust the recognition system for our club that it would show us not the monthly winner or leaderboard but the leaderboard of every two month section as mentioned?
Basically like the part which is shown in the settings in the recognition system (see marked area in the attached picture), but in that example for "September-October 2026".
And the most important would be that in the historical view we could see the first 3 places (not only the first place) for this two months periods.
