Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I have been attempting to help a member login to our club website. I have attempted this with both my laptop and with my desktop. I have no trouble logging in and accessing the website. However, when I use this members credentials and then hit authenticate I get an error message: "You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
It looks like your system is not accepting cookies. You need to accept cookies to use this website. Please refer to this support doc."
Why do I not have a cookie problem under my credentials on my computers, but when I use his credentials on my computer I have a cookie problem? Help! 2597868.toastmastersclubs.org/

I admit to not knowing how to clear cookies for a specific site. Will you advise?
Thank you.
