Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

We are unable to access the member management tab. We receive this message:

***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=AJAXLoader[WhichVar=AllMembership]
Status=Data transfer FAILED.
Error=Logged Out

>>> YOU ARE NO LONGER LOGGED IN. PLEASE LOG IN AGAIN. <<<

Agreeing the the reload caused me to logout. A second attempt to access Member Management allowed me to open that tab but there was no content. The headings and other standard format was visible, but no information about any members were shown; simply an empty section. I did notice a NEW tab in the Member Management section associated with the new opt-in update. I suspect this update created a glitch for us.

Cookies are enabled. I refreshed with hopes that may work, but it made no difference that I noticed.

Also noticed that Access Management will not allow me to make changes. Our Treasurer and I are not now allowed to access member management; which could be part of this problem.
