Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hello ... I have been tasked to set up a FTH Web for our club # 5328655. When I went to create FTH it says we have one. Not sure who stared it but they are no longer with the club. How can I get access so I can complete the set-up?

Thanks for responding Brian. I'm sorry but I don't understand your reference as it is "no longer available. I'm still outside looking in (so to speak)

The "no longer available" is part of the link (in blue text) that Brian posted. Please click the link in his post for the relevant information.

Per our Terms of Use:

We may refer you to our online documentation if the answer to your inquiry is best explained there--we try our best to keep it updated and as useful as possible. We may also refer you to another forum topic thread or ask you to search the forum topics if we believe that your inquiry has already been addressed. If we do these things, it does not mean that we are trying to ignore you or are unwilling to support you. In many cases, it is just more effective and efficient to refer inquiries to documented features or already explained solutions rather than to repetitively try to explain the same solution over and over again, which has the net effect of making us less available for new unresolved issues.
