Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I'm not able to add a new member to the members list. I had 2 to add and one went fine but the second one keeps disappearing. I'm not sure what the problem is or how to fix it. I've tried several times over 2 days and I still can't get the name to stay on the list. What am I doing wrong?

Is the new member already on your guests or prospects list? If so you should move them to the members list. Select the person and use the dropdown tool above the list to move to the members list.

Duplicates aren’t permitted.

Are you sure the email addresses are correct, if the email address of an opt-in email is incorrect the system will remove the entry.
