Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Members Only Menu: Remove links to Admin Pages

Our "Members Only" menu has links to Administrator Pages; I would like them removed from general member access. (e.g. Website Settings, Membership Management, etc. See attachment),

Club #3347 Classic Communicators 3347.toastmastersclubs.org
My name, Jerry Zimmerman, Ed.V.P. and Principle Site Admin
(Admin of record is J. S....a, still a club member, but no longer involved with the site).

Don't assume that what you see when you log in as a member is the same as what everyone else sees. Those links are only shown for the officers selected in the Access tab of the admin console. Not every member sees them.

To modify access settings see the following doc:
