Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Unable to add new member details in Membership Management of the Admin Console

Greetings!

I am currently unable to add new member details in the Membership Management tab of the Admin Console. I get the error message that is displayed in the attached image. When I clear that message member details are not displayed. I last updated member details in early June. I need to add the member details for two new members :)

1) when reporting an issue we need the club you are having a problem with not all the clubs you belong to.
2) when reporting an issue with a person we need the information required to duplicate the issue, ie name and email in this case.

When you see a data transfer error try reloading the website using the link at the bottom of the offending site,

Hi Brian,

Thanks for your message. The error pertains to the Bronx Toastmasters Club website - www.bronxtoastmastersclub.org/

I have tried reloading the website using the link at the bottom of the offending site, three times, without any luck. I am still unable to see any of the member details under the 'Member Management' tab or create a create an entry for a new member.

Whoever is adding the images to yiur page is doing them incorrectly and is adding a login link as the image.
Please read the documentation on adding content.
