Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Changing Admin

There are two members involved in changing the Admin for our club.  I just spoke to one of them and she is fine with the change, the other is out of the country and will not be back till late February.  He is not answering any emails or phones.  Can we get along with one person changing it?  It is vital to our club to make this change.  I have been the admin before as you can see I could sign right in.  I appreciate your help on this, thank you.

The system only recognizes one "official" recognized admin... the one that is entered in the Admin info tab.   How you manage that in your club is up to you.  If you can log in as the admin, you could just make the change on the Admin Info tab.   Alternatively, you can go the more formal route explained in:
