Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

One of my club members received the following message when sending a message to a club where he is a member.
His send email matches what Toastmasters.org has on record but he still receives the following message:

From: FreeToastHost Server <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>
To: "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>
Sent: Sunday, June 11, 2023 at 12:27:25 PM CDT
Subject: [FreeToastHost] Message Not Delivered: Fw: Agenda, PUTM meeting June 12, 2023

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your  toastmastersclubs.org  member profile.
