Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Someone just logged in to the Kings Langley Toastmasters 4875 (Club 4875) website using your registered admin log in
credentials.  You are receiving this email because the log in occurred using an unrecognized device or IP address for you
by your club's website.

It may be that you just logged in from a new or different device, location, or IP address, or maybe you are sharing the
admin password with other members of your club who just logged in as the admin.  If either is the case,
please click the following link to indicate that this was a "safe" login and the device or IP address is valid so we do not send
you another email about it in the future:
< 4875toastmastersclubsorg.toastmastersclu...G&_=1694490149.91484 >

Please indicate how do I stop this happening - The only way I know is to delete it
I am the administrator of this site
