Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

If you want the public to be able to email to a custom group, just have one member in it.

The details are in support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-settings

The other link has been updated.
Clubs #1137486 (D72) & #777940 (D61)
FTH Field Officer, District 72, (NZ)

I removed the three other members of the group, but it still does not work.

Please check your domain DNS settings
They should be as shown in the documentation here:  FreeToastHost 3 Support - Configuring DNS settings for a Custom Domain Name   Look at the table under 1.2
You only have the first A record.  You need the others set up correctly for your mail forwarding to work

Thank you to all who assisted. I admit that I was getting lost in the documentation and help files, but with your help, I was able to solve the problem.

If I had recommendations for some of the documentation, who would I post it to?

Thanks again. :)

FTH has a forum for documentation feedback. We encourage everyone to share their ideas to help us maintain an accurate and helpful document library.
