Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Unable to Sign-Up for Agenda Roles

Since December, our members are no longer able to sign up for agenda roles once the Admin agenda is sent out. They receive the admin agenda email, click sign-up, then an email autopopulates for them to send, but their name never appears on the agenda. Only if the admin logs in and adds them will their name show up. We have tried refreshing the agenda template used and a few other troubleshooting methods, but no idea how to fix it. Any ideas?

1) Without your club number we can do nothing for you.

2) Have you tried the email signup as a member?
What exactly happens?

if you click sign-up, a pre-filled email appeara, then I click send, but no confirmation is received that my sign-up regiatered and my name never adds to the agenda
