Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Issue with Garbled Club Name in System Emails

Hello,My name is Kenichi Yamada. I am the webmaster for FreeToastHost (FTH) Club #5042827.I am writing to report a technical issue regarding the automated emails for "Member Login" and "Administrator Login." These emails are currently routed to me as the webmaster, but the club name within the message body appears as garbled text (character encoding error).This issue has been persisting for about three months. So far, the garbled text is only affecting the club name, but I would like to have this resolved. Could you please look into this and fix the character encoding for our club? Please find the attached copy of the email.Best,.

We have made changes to the emails, hopefully we have got all the garbled subject and body for the Japanese text.
