Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

403 Forbidden Error on Homepage Links using Custom ?contactus Query - club 3935

Hello FreeToastHost Support Team,We are experiencing a persistent 403 Forbidden Access error on our club website homepage (Club #3935 / ) when trying to link to our contact form from the main body content.
  • The Issue: The default "Contact Us" form in our sidebar menu works perfectly fine. However, any custom button or hyperlink we place in our homepage HTML that targets the contact form throws a 403 error. This was working fine on May 27, 2026 when the change was made, but no longer working (issue noticed on June 3, 2026).
  • What we tried: We have tried using the standard absolute URL (https://middaymarauders.toastmastersclubs.org?contactus), the relative path (/?contactus), and the internal route (index.php?page=contact). All of them trigger the 403 firewall block when clicked from the homepage body. We have also cleared the cache and tested on FF, Chrome desktop browsers, as well as mobile FF, Brave browsers.
  • Goal: We would like visitors to be able to click our custom "JOIN AS A GUEST" banner button on the homepage and successfully open the contact form.
Could you please check if there is a security rule or spam-filter block on our site configuration that is preventing query strings from executing inside custom HTML modules? Or, if you have any other advice to resolve the issue or troubleshoot further, it would be appreciated. Thank you for your help!
