Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hello,My name is Kenichi Yamada. I am the webmaster for FreeToastHost (FTH) Club #5042827.I have been experiencing an issue where the club name is displayed with garbled characters in emails for the past two days. The club name "Itami Toastmasters Club" is appearing as:"the 伊丹トーストマスターズクラブ website:"This has occurred in two separate instances:1. An email from a prospective member who contacted us via the FTH website.2. A notification email from the FTH support team regarding a member's password reset.Could you please investigate why the Japanese characters for "Itami Toastmasters Club" (伊丹トーストマスターズクラブ) are being corrupted in these emails?Thank you for your assistance.
