Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Active member repeatedly is moved to former members list

3 months 1 week ago
#99666
Hello,
Every few weeks I find that my name has been removed from our club listserv and moved to the former members list. When I log into our FTH website, I see a message like the one I have copied & pasted below. I have never indicated that I am no longer a member and have never requested to be moved to the list of former members.
How can this be corrected?
My name appears in the message below, and our club is Old Capitol Toastmasters #164.
Best regards,
Diane DeBok

Your email processor is the issue. It is clicking the not a member link at the bottom of emails from your club

You will need to contact them to ask how you can stop them from clicking links in your emails.
Thank you,
