Blocking spam email

I received the following email, apparently from the website:Is this spam? Click the following link or go to the web page below to add this sender's email address (SSA Public Division ) to your FreeToastHost club website email blacklist: [url=https://5525.toastmastersclubs.org?blacklist=00028798-SSA%20Public%20Division%20%3Cssainfo%40advlasermfg.com%3E&_=3W5P]Click To Block Sender[/url]

When I tried to add to the email blacklist, the message is:
Sally Willard, CTM, CL,

SSA Public Division was NOT successfully added to your club website black list.

It may not be a valid email address. Also, you cannot black list yourself, and you must be a current club member to use this function.

You can close this window now.

This email (ssainfo@advlasermfg.com) is spam. How can I blacklist it?

Go to the admin console > Email Security > Blacklist > and put ssainfo@advlasermfg.com in the text box and save
