Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I received a link for the new club - LES Toastmasters (28680496), but when I clicked on it, I received the following.

Welcome to les-toastmasters.freetoasthost4.org
This site is hosted at: /opt/website-freetoasthost4/subroot-club/les-toastmasters/index.php

I need help setting up its website and would like to mirror the look of  upgradevirtually.toastmastersclubs.org/ . (7852130)

Thank you.

Received a link from where?

FreeToastHost sites are always clubnumber.toastmasterscubs.org

Use the following link to request a FreeToastHost site for club 28680496:

Recommend waiting for club 7852130 to be migrated to FTH4 before attempting to mirror the appearance.

At the risk of repeating advice:

Your first step is to request a FreeToastHost website using the following form:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/
I believe this new site will use the new version 4 platform so it will look different than what you are accustomed to.

For answers to questions about the new site, see our FAQs page at

This is the original response from FreeToastHost.

Hi Marian Gramlich,

Your Toastmasters club website has been provisioned:

  Club:     LES Toastmasters
  Number:   28680496
  District: 209
  Website:   les-toastmasters.freetoasthost4.org/

Click the link above to visit your new site. We'll follow up
with login details once setup is complete.

I will use the link ( www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/ ) you sent me to request a website after the migration is complete. When will the migration be complete?
