Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

ISP/network: China Mobile, Jiangsu
Club number: 1104The member has confirmed that IPv4 works, but the club website remains inaccessible. Could you please check whether this IP address or its surrounding network range is blocked by the FreeToastHost server?

Most of China is blocked because of hacking attempts or spammers.
Mobile networks are especially notorious because the IP switches all the time.
We are definitely blocking 223.64.65.153 
Does the member know the range his local ISP allocates and no I will not open the full /11 for China Mobile, Jiangsu

Thank you for checking. We do not know the member’s exact dynamic IP pool, but could you allow the narrower range 223.64.65.0/24 instead of the full /11?

This covers 223.64.65.0 through 223.64.65.255 and includes his current address, 223.64.65.153. We understand that his mobile IP may change, and we will test after this narrower range is opened.

Separately, I accidentally used my email address as my public forum username. Could you please change my username to Club1104AdminSam so my email address is no longer displayed on this and other forum pages?

I opened the /24 for now, if it causes issues on the server it will be blocked again
