How to allow members to add speech titile?

I have not found where to set the option to allow speakers to add their speech title. I assume this can be done interactively when the member selects SIGN UP on the webpage.

You need to mark the speech roles as "this is a speech". Documentation here (edit role portion). support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda
That way when the member accesses the agenda they can select their project / manual, add the title, add an introduction for the Toastmaster to introduce them, and they'll be able to download their evaluation forms.
