How to: Button to launch Contact Us form?

One of my members finds using the Main Menu to click Contact us, not obvious, and would like me to add a button to the welcome page text to launch the form.

It should be do able, but I don't understand how to reference the link to launch that form.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
