Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Visibility on agendas for the speaker introductions

On the agenda page, I am aware that I print and then select speaker introductions to see the introductions. It would be nice to see these introductions on the agenda page. (If you do not show them, include some fixed text on the agenda page in the speaker areas to encourage to print to show these introductions.) Several member on my club have this confusion. If we have a replacement for the Toastmaster of the Day who does not have the authority to see the speaker introductions on the agenda page or if we have new members who are trying to see examples of speech introductions, I feel that we should make these introductions away visible as a rule (with maybe an option to suppress).

Are you aware of the Introduction Template? That might be useful for your new members.
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-default-settings

You could also create a custom page with sample Introductions, and in that include a note on how to print the introductions.
