Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Disable the 'not a member' message that was recently appended to emails

Is there a way to disable the "Not a member? Use this link if you are no longer a member of this club . . ."  This message is not necessary and just lengthens the email to our members.  I have heard a number of complaints about it.  Is there a way to disable/suppress this message?  I have members post to the list if they want to be taken off of the email distribution list, which works fine.  Thank you.  I really do enjoy your site and am so appreciative of the work the team at Toastmastersclubs.org does!

It can be disabled via a setting in the Email and Contact Forms admin module...  Scroll down on the Email Security tab:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/reducing-spam
