X Out Entire Agendas

When a club isn't meeting on a particular week, it would be nice to somehow make the entire agenda null and void.  I'm imagining a big X over it, or changing the entire color to red or something different, so members don't sign up for a role.  While we can simply delete the agenda, people may not pay attention to the date at the top and think they are signing up for a different date.  It's also helpful when printing multiple agendas to see graphically there is one week in between meetings that isn't an active event.

Just make an empty agenda template that explains that there is no meeting in the meeting description and use that as your agenda for those dates.  

Thank you.  Just to make sure I understand, an empty agenda template has no roles listed at all?  I'm trying to envision what this looks like.  It's a great idea.

Word the meeting description in any fashion that suits your purposes.

Make sure you change the calendar label in your new empty agenda template. The default label is 'Club Meeting'.
