Time ranges for custom speeches

Is there any way the time ranges could be specified manually, vs being forced to select something from the dropdown? 

I know that could take some work, so in the immediate term, could more two-minute ranges be added? (Ideally, every 2-minute range up 20 minutes -- certainly up to 15!)
 

There are plenty of options available under "Other manual or non-manual speech".  I've added a 10-15 option. Given that all speeches should be Pathways speeches or from the education series, I can't see a need for any other ranges.
You can change the time allowed for a role and put a note in the description if you have an exception.
