Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Agenda Updates not Reflected in Reports

Hello FTH Support, 

We love being able to use the Speech reports (and Role reports) to support due diligence on Pathways level completions. However, we recently had an issue where someone had selected the wrong path for their speech, which was given a few months ago, and while we were able to fix it on the agenda, the Speech Report does not reflect the agenda update. It would be great if the Speech Reports could pull in the latest information available from the agendas.

Please provide the date the speech presented, the correct path and the member's first name.

Thanks, Pam. I checked again, and it turns out that the updates are being reflected in the Speech Report! (Yay!)
