Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Adding the Prospective Member Management feature to the club websites

The "Contact Us" menu item on the club websites is helpful; however, it doesn't comply with the TI "Prospective Member Management (PMM)" feature that was launched about a year ago. I believe it would be beneficial to give clubs the option to use the current defaulted version or a link to the "Contact/Visit Club."

 Two examples on how clubs linked the TI PMM on their website is attached or you can visit their websites.  I have been encouraging clubs in D56 to make this change when I have conducted FTH training.  BTW, we had to disable the "Contact Us" menu item in order to create the PMM link.

You have always had the option of using an external form for contactus, that is why you have the ability to disable the FTH contact form page.
The issue with using the TI contact form is that FTH is NOT TI, we have no access to anything TI produces that is not public on their website, we will never have access to private information.
