Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Club # 3898174 We have 4 officers who are actively working on different aspect of our website.  Since I'm the most active, I set the other 3 with access, and i use the admin login to get access.   We need 4 officers to have access if you are thinking about increasing the 3 to 4.

Website Settings - Access Settings  - only 3  officers, we hare 4 who are accessing.

It is highly unlikely that this will be changed. With Admin and 3 officers you already have 4 that can change the site. If you need more you wil just have to share the admin log in.

Yes, with admin access, I do have the access that I need.   It is not as convenient form me as could be.

I make the most changes to the site but I intentionally gave the others direct access to make it as easy as possible for them to make changes.  I am not the actual site administrator, that its a fifth member.   I appreciate all that the FTH team does to provide this amazing website service to our Toastmaster clubs and districts.
