Can the Meeting Sign Up be edited or have a footer message?

We print the PDF format of the Meeting Sign Up sheet for each meeting, circulate it during the meeting and later the VPE does the updates. We have had meetings when the SAA and VPE were both absent and no one thought to take a photo of it and send it to the VPE. Just telling members via word of mouth doesn't seem to be sticking.... 

Is it possible to add a blank field to put a custom message, that would print under the Not Attending row, in all that open white space? It could print only if not blank. This would enable us to add a footnote at the bottom of the page, that "Send to VPE following the meeting", or something to that effect. We would also use this to remind members when there is no meeting on a certain date that would otherwise be a regular meeting date (we meet weekly, except for weekends with a major holiday such as July 3rd). 

Could this be an option?
