Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

How to assign a role to someone who is not a member of my club?

I have a Toastmaster who is not yet a paid member of my club, but who attends regularly. In fact, he is our club's mentor. How can I assign a role to him if he is not listed among my members and, therefore, his name does not appear in the drop down menu when I try to assign a role to him? I am relatively new at FTH and absolutely LOVE what y'all are doing. Thank you so very much.

Karen,

Your club's membership roster is the club's choice, not dependent on the Toastmasters International list of members. If you want to add him as a member, just add him.
