Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Need documentation for Assign Mentors page

I have not been able to determine how to remove a mentee from a mentor in the Assign Mentors page. I can add them, but I can not seem to remove them when they are no longer relevant or need to be changed. Consequently there are a couple of individuals who are assigned multiple mentors, but they are only working with one. Please advise how to remove/change mentor/mentee relationships.

You can remove mentors by unchecking the box next to the name of the mentor in question, followed by saving. This works whether you want to remove all mentors for a member or just one.

I've noticed that we've got no documentation for assigning mentors. I hope to do something about that in the next day or two. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
