Need Help How do I fix

Message says the connection timed out.  Perhaps there was an issue at the time.  Have you tried again?  
How big are your attachments?

I am not sending attachments.  I am emailing our club. 1216688 it is now Boca Speak Easy.  Sometimes it works.  The City of Delray the same thing club 
3299156.  I cannot send to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.     It is the same for Boca Speak Easy except 1216688.  
The other issue is my name.  It says Talia Carner, who used to belong to Boca Noon.  I have been trying to get rid of that name for over 3 years. 
I do not have any issues with any other emails I send.  
How I can resolove it is to type every single email into my out look and send out to all my members that way.  It is a pain to keep it up, as I have to keep adding the new members to my outlook.  
There is some type of glitch associated with my name, email???? something.

I can't quite follow what you mean about the wrong name - are all of your club members seeing that or just you? 
Some email clients show an address caught up in history/cache.
