Wow! You have put a great deal of work into your website. Hats off to you. You give the reader a lot of very useful information.
If you are seeing guests at every meeting then ignore everything I'm about to say. But if your website isn't bringing in guests to the meeting then there might be too much information on a page. I mean, most people don't read words on a website. They skim and look at photos until something unique catches their eye. I wonder if having a single message about your club and an invite to the meeting on the HOME page would connect better.
Different clubs have different reasons for having a website and FTH is feature-rich. If your purpose is to market your club then consider that your public facing pages should do that - feature the best aspects of your club, encourage readers to guest at a meeting and to join. You might include a small bit about what Pathways is and how Pathways correlates with the meetings. You tell us about meetings but not about the purpose of them. Be sure to present the product that you are selling. You might talk about leadership and how your club facilitates experiential leadership opportunities. I would also love to see more photos of your members sprinkled all over your site.
You are off to a great start with your website. I hope these notes help.
