Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

  1. Entries are kept for a maximum of 366 days.
  2. This list holds a maximum of 100 names and email addresses. Once it is full, remove an old entry before adding a new one.
  3. A name with no email address is dropped at the next removal cycle.
  4. Age is shown as a dot: green under 9 months, amber 9-11 months, red at 12 months. A red entry is removed on the 1st of the month.
FTH must manage the amount of information that is stored in the system. Providing unlimited resources for club xyz to do and store whatever they want does not fall within the FTH mission of free websites for Toastmasters clubs.

The tip; use the archive email system.

Email providers (e.g. Gmail because this is the one I use) include contact lists.

Use the contact list associated with the archive email to keep and manage your clubs extensive guest list for all eternity. A club that is actively interested in maintaining this level of guest list longevity would be in tune with proactively using the club archive email.
