Toastmaster for meeting not able to edit agenda Club 1196053

#100853
Greetings!

Confident Communicators Club 1196053 likes to allow the Toastmaster for a meeting to edit the agenda. Our club template does have the 'The Person assigned to this role can edit this meetings's agenda' option set.

However, the Toastmaster for the meeting is getting the message 'Only the Admin, President, and VPM are allowed to edit agendas.

Attached is a screen shot of the message being received as well as a screen shot of the option set to allow the Toastmaster to edit.

Thanks in Advance!

Brian,

Cool, Manage Meeting opens to a screen that shows 'Edit Meeting' on the left, and 'Edit' on each line item.

Clicking 'Edit' on an agenda line item Carol is able to assign a member, etc. We'll make sure our members know to click edit on only specific agenda line items not on 'Edit Meeting'.

Clicking on 'Edit Meeting' on the upper left resulted in the screen with the message 'Only Admin, President etc.' can manage meetings. Having both 'Edit' options on the screen is a bit confusing.

Thanks!
