What are best practices for recording Table Topics Speakers so that the role is automatically completed in the Pathways Report Card? I did not find any documentation on this.

Each table topic speaker must be a reconciled role on the agenda to receive the credit. (Pathways and Top Toastmaster)

When it's not feasible for a club to have that many roles in an agenda, the suggested practice is for the VPE to add the rows and assign the actual TTS participants when reconciling the agenda.

What this process made me realize is that our agenda had no TTS roles, only 'Table Topics Master'. So, a couple weeks ago and pursuant to the defined roles at toastmasters.org, I changed 'Table Topics Master' to 'Topicsmaster' and added a 'Table Topics Speaker' role that cannot be signed-up for.

My next step is to get the VPE up to speed on this change and get her to start keeping a list of the TTS at each weekly meeting so she can give credit where credit is due when reconciling the agenda.

Please share any ideas you have for handling this.
