Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Google Calendar option to replace existing calendar

Hi, our club 286794 was using Google Calendar and Google Docs before this update happened.

We really don't want the FTH4 calendar because too many users are too confused and it's not helpful for last-minute changes to a Toastmaster club meeting.

Can you please allow a Google Calendar to replace the existing FTH4 calendar system?

You can add the google calendar and links to google docs in the Pages and Links section.

People can now subscribe to the club calendar. That means they can get updates in their calendar programs within minutes.

This information would have been so helpful if it had been available before the start of beta testing.You can imagine the frustration when I discovered that we were already in FTH4 with no advance notice or heads-up or start date.

As of the end of September there will be no more FTH3.

I appreciate that this was done, very much - I was lamenting that is wasn't available before the start.
WIth that said, I appreciate the hard work everyone has done and continues to do fielding all these topics.
