Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

The new header rows are nice, but can we keep the descriptions?

First off, I will mention that FTH4 is a huge improvement over prior versions. It addresses a number of the issues that we have struggled with since day one (like zero-minute agenda items!).  

The ability to treat an agenda row as a header is most welcome! However, for it to be truly useful to us, we would need the ability to add descriptive text, as we do with role-based agenda items.
